These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 133bed platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account services, and promotional offers. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 133bed ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 133bed platform at https://133bed.app, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.
133bed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2 Age Restriction & Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use the 133bed platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person for gambling purposes.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on this platform or any other gambling platform where cross-exclusion applies.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of a 133bed employee in a role with access to non-public platform information.
- You are opening only one (1) account in your own name and have not previously had a 133bed account terminated for fraudulent or abusive conduct.
133bed reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age and eligibility. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.
If we determine at any point that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings generated, in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. We will not profit from underage gambling under any circumstances.
3 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of 133bed services, including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.
You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 133bed platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under a different name — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 133bed reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings accrued across those accounts.

Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. 133bed operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time we deem appropriate:
- Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered address.
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
133bed accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and major debit/credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise stated.
Deposits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 133bed account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Deposits via other methods may take between fifteen minutes and twenty-four hours to reflect, depending on the payment provider's processing time. 133bed does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. 133bed reserves the right to amend these thresholds at any time with reasonable prior notice.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by the 133bed finance team during operational hours. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within one to four hours of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three business days. 133bed reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved in writing by the 133bed support team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of the payment ecosystem.
Currency and exchange. All accounts are maintained in BDT. 133bed does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies through this platform. Any currency conversion charges incurred by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
- Deposits funded by third parties are not permitted. You may only deposit funds that belong to you.
- Winnings generated from deposits made with fraudulent funds are void and subject to forfeiture.
- 133bed reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals where suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected, pending investigation.
- In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, 133bed reserves the right to reclaim the erroneous amount regardless of whether those funds have been wagered.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
133bed offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion at the time of offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Welcome Bonus. New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus amount, eligible deposit range, and wagering requirements will be set out in the promotion-specific terms displayed at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be played through before a withdrawal can be requested. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Game contributions. Different game categories may contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Refer to the specific promotion terms for the applicable contribution rates.
- Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
- 133bed reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a promotion has already been activated and is in progress.
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
- Bonuses credited in error must be returned and cannot be withdrawn. If erroneous bonus funds have been wagered, any resulting winnings are void.
133bed reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that include bonus-derived winnings. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the 133bed platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 133bed platform:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account management.
- Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or a cooling-off period.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, game malfunctions, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. All winnings derived from exploited errors are void.
- Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live poker or other player-versus-player formats to manipulate outcomes.
- Laundering money or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on 133bed.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 133bed staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 133bed platform, its servers, or its databases.
133bed monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 133bed reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, fund withholding pending investigation, and permanent account closure with forfeiture of balances where fraud is confirmed.
Any attempt to circumvent these obligations — including through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or anonymisation tools — is treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your 133bed account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods are available for a minimum of six months and up to a permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers, and you will be removed from all marketing communications.
Closure by 133bed. 133bed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).
- Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Dormant Account Policy. An account is classified as dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. 133bed will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before applying the dormant account policy. Dormant account balances will be maintained for a period of three years from the last login date. After this period, unclaimed balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 133bed reserves the right to withhold the account balance, including any real-money funds, as partial compensation for losses, costs, and administrative burden incurred as a result of the breach. 133bed will act reasonably and proportionately in all cases.
8 Limitation of Liability
The 133bed platform and all content, games, and services available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 133bed makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether express or implied, regarding the continuity, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its components.
133bed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or service.
- Technical errors, software malfunctions, server downtime, or communication failures beyond our reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity connected to your use or inability to use the platform.
- Acts of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or failures in processing transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment partner.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 133bed's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
133bed does not guarantee that gaming outcomes will be financially profitable for any player. All games involve an element of chance, and the house edge means that the platform maintains a statistical advantage over time. Past results are not indicative of future outcomes. Players are advised to gamble responsibly and only with funds they can afford to lose.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law.
